Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Implementing short-term staffing planning for your area and monitoring key performance indicators to guide the team toward results delivery; * Managing the team’s work schedule, tracking tardiness, absences, leaves, overtime, and time banks, while executing routine operational actions related to your area’s processes with excellence; * Monitoring team deliveries and development, conducting evaluations, providing feedback, and referring team members for training; * Standardizing and optimizing operational shift handovers, ensuring proper communication of relevant topics and appropriate team division according to demand.
