Monitors trips, providing support throughout the entire transportation cycle, tracking incidents, and ensuring the correct flow of information among drivers, customers, and internal departments. Directly contributes to operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and maintenance of logistical process quality. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect third-party drivers to ensure service availability and quality. * Plan and organize cargo pickups and deliveries. * Negotiate freight rates and terms with partner suppliers to optimize costs and ensure optimal service. * Monitor and track in-transit cargo to ensure on-time deliveries. * Manage all documentation required for transportation, including invoices, CT\-e, MDF\-e, delivery receipts, and other legal documents. * Register loading status information per delivery in the System. * Organize and manage cargo returns when necessary, coordinating with suppliers to ensure process efficiency. * Evaluate partner supplier performance and ensure quality standards are maintained. * Identify and mitigate risks associated with freight transportation, ensuring cargo security. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Basic computer skills * Teamwork ability * Organization and proactivity * Prior experience in logistics is a plus
