Opportunity to become a permanent employee **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, either from 08:00 to 12:00 or from 13:00 to 17:00 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT This year marks the 21st edition of the Professional Training Program for People with Disabilities. It is another initiative aligned with the Cooperative’s diversity and inclusion movement. The program supports professionals with disabilities in accessing the labor market and includes theoretical training on our business operations, professional practice, career leadership, diversity, social skills, and computer literacy, as well as practical activities across our departments. Upon successful completion of the training, high-performing participants may be hired as permanent employees at Unimed\-BH. Register by 05/30/2026 and join this opportunity \#vemSER. The program includes: A daily 4-hour schedule (Monday to Friday, timing to be determined); Access to theoretical and practical content; Stipend + Transportation Allowance + Health Insurance; Certificate upon program completion (minimum attendance of 70%). **Requirements:** Open to individuals aged 18 or older with disabilities, from any field of expertise. Completion of high school is required.
