Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing loading, delivery, and logistics operations, including communication with customers and drivers, document and cost control, and material organization. Document and material control and organization Make calls to customers / Prepare loading maps / Record pre-loads for tracking / Print and verify delivery receipts against loading maps and mark receipts as processed / Answer driver calls to resolve delivery-related issues / Record situations reported by drivers and log them in a spreadsheet / Guide drivers on appropriate conduct regarding delivery issues / Formalize decisions via Teams / Monitor freight costs in rural areas / Answer landline calls and assist in resolving reported issues / Separate papers for disposal and reuse / Monitor internal material usage stock and request replenishment / Complete freight receipts and forward them to the supervisor of the department responsible for the employee who made the error / Schedule direct deliveries related to the wholesale department via Teams / Enter invoices into the system, among other duties.
