




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Analyst to enhance skills in a dynamic environment, monitoring and developing quality plans, ensuring procedural compliance, and promoting continuous improvement. Collaboration with engineering and promotion of the quality policy We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our highly qualified team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and stand out in a dynamic and challenging environment. * Monitor the adequacy and implementation of the Construction Quality Plan (CQP) for each project; * Collaborate with site engineering to develop the Construction Quality Plan (CQP); * Develop plans to monitor critical services not included in the Services Controlled by the Quality Management System (QMS); * Collaborate with engineering/design teams to identify production process interferences caused by insufficient design detail; * Propose improvements to product quality-related processes; * Monitor the execution and release of controlled/critical services on construction sites; * Supervise the QMS data recording process, ensuring effective understanding and inspection of services; * Analyze and address Non-Conformities recorded in Field Verification Sheets (FVSs), initiating corrective and preventive actions; * Identify and develop new service procedures and verifications according to the specific requirements of each contract; * Ensure existing procedures comply with applicable standards and support continuous production improvement; * Deliver training on procedures to site workforce; * Promote the Quality Policy among teams; * Collect and organize all documentation required for delivery of the Project Data Book; * Prepare the Project Use and Maintenance Manual in partnership with the Design Department; * Develop checklists jointly with the client for project handover; * Manage processes for obtaining LEED certification, where applicable; * Participate in internal and external audits. Requirements: To stand out in this opportunity, you must possess: * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality-related activities, preferably on construction sites; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute innovative ideas; * Proactivity and attention to detail; * Prior experience with airport expansion projects is required; * Availability to work in Montes Claros/MG.
