About the Position Support activities related to materials management, ensuring the supply of inputs for the seamless operation of ALS Brasil, strictly in accordance with ALS Limited’s Values, Policies, Systems, and Practices. Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM (Monday to Friday) Responsibilities and Key Duties * Daily issuance of export documentation for samples. * Receiving and monitoring suppliers. * Supporting negotiations and quotations with suppliers. * Assisting with receipt and verification of materials with the requesting party. * Recording purchase invoices for received goods. * Supporting the issuance of purchase requests for Projects and Fixed Assets. * Capturing and recording facility invoices. * Assisting in resolving invoices with pending payments. * Issuing freight invoices. * Issuing Purchase Requests for stock items. * Assisting with stock inventory execution. * Supporting identification of stock replenishment needs. * Supporting the transfer process of equipment and supplies between ALS Brasil units. * Completing reports, portals, and spreadsheets as required by the department. * Fostering strong interaction among Procurement, Operations, Human Resources, and Commercial departments. Candidate Profile * Completed High School education. * MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) at basic/intermediate level. * Basic knowledge of inventory management systems. * Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. * Teamwork orientation. * Willingness to travel within national territory.
