Focus on development and rapid growth IT Internship You will support the IT team in daily operations—helping keep everything running smoothly: computers, access permissions, internet, printers, systems, and team-related queries. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy learning by doing, solving problems, and growing quickly. **Responsibilities:** Handle simple service requests and guide users (Level 1 support). Assist with configuring PCs/notebooks (Windows), peripherals, and printers. Support software installation/updating routines. Provide basic network support (Wi\-Fi, internet, cabling, simple tests). Organize and document procedures (step-by-step guides / checklists). Assist with inventory management (equipment, passwords/accounts, licenses). Escalate issues to the team when they are more critical/complex. **What We Expect From You:** Strong communication skills and patience when interacting with people. Organizational skills and eagerness to learn. Basic knowledge of Windows and general IT (formatting, drivers, Office, etc.). Fundamental understanding of networking (IP, routers, Wi\-Fi) **Nice-to-Have (not required)** Familiarity with AnyDesk/TeamViewer, backup solutions, antivirus software, and routers. Experience assembling or performing maintenance on PCs.
