Here, we value a human-centered environment that embraces employees with all their diversity, fosters motivation, and encourages professional growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Proficiency in hardware support and maintenance (diagnosis, component replacement, and equipment configuration) * Experience in customer service and user support is preferred * Support for Windows operating systems (troubleshooting, software installation, and basic configurations) * Basic knowledge of Linux is preferred * Proficiency in installation and configuration of peripherals (printers, scanners, monitors, etc.) * Basic understanding of network infrastructure (cabling and connectivity support) * Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Office Suite and corporate resources) is preferred **Prerequisites:** * Degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or Systems Analysis and Development. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Working Hours:** * 6 hours/day \- Monday to Friday. **Benefits:** * Internship stipend: R$ 1,200.00 * Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM (15-minute coffee break) or 8:00 AM–3:00 PM (1-hour lunch break \+ 15-minute coffee break) * Meal allowance: R$ 225.00 (fixed) * Transportation allowance (paid in cash) * Life insurance * 30% discount on company product line * Birthday Day Off (a day off to celebrate your birthday) * GymPass (Wellhurb) membership * Breakfast/Afternoon coffee
