Responsibilities: Process onboarding, offboarding, and employee record updates; Perform time tracking closing and support payroll processing; Manage vacations, leaves of absence, and benefits; Record and verify system events; Provide e-Social support; Assist employees and support internal department requests. Requirements: Previous experience in Human Resources Administration; Knowledge of the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) and e-Social procedures; Proficiency in payroll systems (please specify, if desired); Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office suite; Organization, agility, and attention to detail.
