Monitor inventory levels and identify improvement opportunities **LOGISTICS TEAM LEADER** We are looking for a Logistics Team Leader to join our team and support booth construction, trade show structures, and special project setups within the events industry. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and guide the logistics team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance; * Plan, organize, and oversee receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, safety regulations, and internal procedures; * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement actions; * Manage inventory, stocktaking, and material movements; * Support coordination with internal departments (production, procurement, and transportation); * Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase productivity; * Maintain workplace organization in accordance with 5S principles; * Report results and incidents to management. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with continuous improvement or Lean Logistics; * Experience in high-volume operational environments; * Knowledge of inventory management and stock audits; * Flexible availability; **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Location:** Vespasiano/MG — behind the Administrative City **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Benefits:** * After probation period: HapVida medical assistance (no employee contribution) * Bradesco dental plan (no employee contribution) * Food basket * On-site meals * Overtime pay at 100% Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.307,89 — R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
