Job Summary: An IT professional focused on network security, system administration, user support, and technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administer and monitor firewall and network security systems 2. Manage resources and access in Microorck and Azure Portal 3. Provide IT incident support and monitor IT infrastructure Administer and monitor firewall systems to ensure corporate network security. Manage permissions and access grants in Microorck. Administer resources and access in Azure Portal. Manage and maintain the company's internal domain infrastructure. Handle IT incidents via the service desk portal, performing analysis, prioritization, and resolution of IT requests. Perform continuous monitoring of systems and technological infrastructure. Manage and oversee the antivirus portal, ensuring device protection and updates. Develop technical documentation and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to IT processes. Conduct IT infrastructure analyses to identify improvements and prevent failures. Ensure and monitor appropriate information security levels across systems and technological environments.
