Review real estate contracts, verifying clauses, deadlines, and compliance. Issue service invoices and monitor their accounting entries. Organize and archive physical and digital documents related to properties and contracts. Serve customers and suppliers, both in person and via telephone or e\-mail. Assist in managing receivables and office payments. Provide support in scheduling administration and arranging property visits. Perform typing and preparation of documents, spreadsheets, and simple reports.
