Job Objective Assist in the company's planning activities, supporting the team in preparing studies and planning construction works, as well as analyzing project-related information, thereby contributing to report generation and decision-making support. Main Responsibilities * Assist in planning activities for projects; * Support the preparation of construction studies and schedules; * Analyze project information and performance indicators; * Assist in generating statistical reports as required by the company; * Support monitoring physical progress of construction works; * Contribute to controlling and updating planning information; * Assist in organizing data and documents within the department; * Support the team in analyzing deviations and developing action plans. Requirements * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of planning and construction site routines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
