




Job Summary: A professional responsible for serving customers, managing the buffet, serving meals, controlling inventory and cash register, and maintaining the environment’s organization and hygiene. Focus on hygiene, quality, and brand values * Greet customers and monitor consumption. * Set up the breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet and ensure timely replenishment, as well as prepare event coffee breaks. * Serve cover charge when required; issue beverage orders and assist customers in selecting dishes and side items. * Actively sell menu items from the restaurant and bar. * Clear plates and cutlery after meals; offer dessert and coffee to customers during lunch or dinner. Upon service completion, follow the billing procedure specific to your operational brand. * Monitor and replenish inventory. * Perform cash register control and closing procedures. Carry out necessary corrections, documenting\-them in accordance with Autocontrol practices. * Prepare monthly loss reports and inventories of utensils, beverages, and items served at the bar/restaurant/convenience store. * Follow management guidelines regarding food hygiene and handling practices. Comply with current legislation and the Good Practices Manual. * Support cleaning, maintenance, and conservation of the restaurant, including accessories used by customers. Maintain proper uniform standards as established. * When identifying a customer preference, share this information with the Front Desk team so that the ACDC system is updated, enabling personalized products and services for each guest and delivering surprising experiences with every stay. * Serve as an ambassador of brand values and actively participate in initiatives promoting Service Culture. * Follow management guidance on selective waste collection and consumption of water, energy, and cleaning supplies to meet environmental objectives. * Perform other related duties as required by the department/hotel.
