We are looking for creative and proactive professionals who want to deliver high-quality development work. **Required Qualifications**: * Solid experience in **Go and/or Java** for mission-critical backends. * REST APIs and asynchronous integrations (Kafka/SQS/Rabbit or equivalent). * SQL databases (modeling, indexing, concurrency, transactions) and caching experience (e.g., Redis). * **Idempotency, safe retries, timeouts, and circuit breaker** (applied, not just conceptual). * Testing (unit + integration + contract) and CI practices with quality gates. * Observability (structured logs, metrics, tracing; familiarity with OpenTelemetry is a plus). * Applied security: OAuth/JWT, secrets management, least privilege, care with PII in logs. * Real-world experience with at least part of the payment lifecycle: **authorization/capture/refund**, settlement, payouts, reconciliation, and/or disputes/chargebacks. * Understanding of why **duplication, reversal, and reconciliation** are central in this industry. **Preferred Qualifications**: * Patterns: outbox/inbox, sagas/compensations, contract testing, schema versioning. * Experience with containers and cloud platforms (K8s, AWS) and SRE practices (SLOs, runbooks). * Experience with acquiring/sub-acquiring (split, MDR, advance payments, scheduling). * Experience with high-volume reconciliation and reprocessing. **We Offer**: * Excellent work environment to develop your skills; * Friendly and casual atmosphere; * Remote work; * Flexible working hours; * A day off on your birthday. **Want to join this team?** Then send your resume to recrutamento@bravi.com.br and we’ll contact you shortly!
