**About the Position** ---------------- We are looking for a Mid-Level Developer with solid experience in process automation and data manipulation to join our digital transformation team. You will be a key player in building solutions that optimize operations, integrate systems, and enhance data-driven decision-making. **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Process Automation:** * Develop and maintain Python scripts and applications for automating repetitive processes and workflows * Create integrations between legacy systems and new platforms * Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) routines for data consolidation * Automate report and dashboard generation * Develop bots and tools to increase team productivity **Data Management and Analysis:** * Create and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis * Develop and maintain data pipelines * Perform database modeling and structuring * Ensure data quality, consistency, and security * Work with various RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.) **Solution Development:** * Participate in requirement gathering with business areas * Propose and implement technical improvements to current processes * Document code, processes, and developed solutions * Conduct testing and validation of created automations * Provide support and maintenance for implemented solutions **Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:** * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams * Identify opportunities for automation and optimization * Share knowledge and best practices with the team * Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- **Technical:** * Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience * Proficiency in SQL and relational databases * Knowledge of Python libraries: Pandas; NumPy; SQLAlchemy; Pydantic; Selenium or Playwright; * Experience with code versioning (Git) * Ability to write clean, organized, and well-documented code **Behavioral:** * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills * Proactivity in identifying improvements * Strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical areas * Organization and management of multiple tasks * Autonomy and accountability **Desirable Requirements** ------------------------- * Experience with REST APIs and integrations * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase) * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Experience with Docker and containerization * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) projects * Experience with web scraping * Knowledge of other programming languages: NodeJS, React, VB * Basic understanding of DataOps and DevOps
