




**Activity:** * The role is responsible for ensuring standardization, efficiency, and quality in plastic injection processes, guaranteeing that all steps are correctly and consistently executed across shifts. Responsibilities include developing and updating mold setup procedures and injection machine preparation, as well as creating and following process documentation. The professional is also responsible for training operators and assistants in adjustment, basic settings, machine preparation, and good operational practices, as well as leading try\-outs of new molds and material tests, evaluating results, and releasing processes for production. * The professional continuously monitors ongoing processes, identifies deviations, guides corrective actions with teams, and provides technical support to maintenance, tooling, production planning (PCP), quality, and engineering departments. They lead continuous improvement projects focused on optimizing productivity, reducing cycle times, costs, and waste, and assist in controlling critical process parameters, mold cooling, and raw material feeding. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education in Plastic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Practical experience in plastic injection processes and injection machine adjustment. * Ability to transfer knowledge and **develop people** within the operational team.
