Carries out activities under supervision and support from the team, gradually developing autonomy. **Experience:** Experience in procurement, supply chain, or related areas is desirable. **Education:** **Minimum:** Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. **Knowledge:** Understanding of procurement, tax, and accounting processes. Familiarity with ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills. Activities * Execute operational procurement processes according to established guidelines; * Conduct quotations and negotiate purchases of low complexity; * Monitor purchase orders and delivery deadlines, ensuring suppliers comply with agreements; * Register suppliers in the system according to company requirements; * Support inventory management with guidance from Pleno/Senior staff, ensuring adequate stock levels; * Assist in coordinating with the logistics department for supplier pickups; * Perform follow-up with suppliers as directed; * Support the team in simple analysis of procurement reports; * Operate in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental preservation standards; * Carry out activities in accordance with technical, safety, quality, and environmental preservation procedures; * Actively participate in meetings, commitments, and trainings when requested; * Provide operational support to the work area and perform other tasks of similar nature and difficulty level, or as assigned by the immediate supervisor; * Carry out activities in compliance with Maxinutri's culture regarding Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure products are produced and controlled according to required quality standards; * Implement actions that ensure Food Safety, in line with Maxinutri's culture, applying Food Defense and Food Fraud standards established in the Quality matrix; * Perform duties in accordance with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct, which establishes internal rules, guidelines, and standards.
