We are looking for someone to support the operational routines of accounts payable, ensuring organization, control, and accuracy in financial processes. Monitor the process of posting invoices, reconciliations, supplier relationships, and provide support to stores, contributing to standardization and efficiency within the department. Requirements: Organization and attention to detail. Proactivity and sense of responsibility. Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude with team members and other departments. Ability to follow processes and instructions accurately. Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets. Ease with software systems and willingness to learn new tools. Education: Completed high school (preferably ongoing technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields). Previous experience in administrative or financial routines will be considered a plus. Experience with financial postings and ERP systems is desirable. Prior experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable. Knowledge of issuing and verifying invoices. Understanding of bank reconciliation. Experience in companies with multiple units or stores.
