If you want to be empowered to empower others, join Impulso and build a legacy of transformation with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in organizing the academic calendar, class assignments, lesson distribution, subject allocation, and weekly class schedule. * Organize teachers' preparation time, allocating it for study, planning, and improvement of the teaching and learning process. * Guide teachers in recording attendance books in accordance with current regulations. * Implement the school’s curriculum proposal aligned with the educational policies of SEED/PR and State Curriculum Guidelines. * Propose intervention projects aimed at improving the educational process, according to the school's reality. * Monitor pedagogical work carried out by teachers, advising them on planning, content selection, and didactic transposition, in alignment with the objectives of the pedagogical curriculum proposal and subject-specific guidelines. * Plan, jointly with the school community, interventions for issues identified in class councils. * Collect data related to student academic performance and communicate it to the school’s professional community and the broader community. * Coordinate the selection and acquisition of teaching-learning materials and equipment. * Encourage and advise teachers in selecting didactic resources for teaching and learning school subjects. * Coordinate the school staff’s continuing professional development program, aiming at theoretical-methodological improvement. * Research and provide theoretical-methodological support for studying and addressing pedagogical work needs. * Organize study meetings for reflection and deeper exploration of topics related to the school’s pedagogical work. * Participate in the school council, providing theoretical and methodological support for reflections and decisions regarding pedagogical work. * Encourage and promote student participation in various school events and collegiate bodies. * Ensure compliance with constitutional principles, current educational legislation, and the Statute of Children and Adolescents as foundations of educational practice. * Conduct meetings with parents or guardians of enrolled students, organizing and coordinating class councils to ensure a collective reflection-action process on pedagogical work. * Monitor and advise teachers in selecting assessment procedures for learning outcomes, aligning them with educational objectives outlined in the Political-Pedagogical Project (PPP). * Organize the use of technological resources in the school, ensuring teachers use these tools effectively. * Monitor student attendance to prevent school dropout. * Encourage students to adopt healthy hygiene habits, contributing to prevention of transmissible diseases such as influenza A and others. * Engage in continuing professional development to update theoretical-methodological knowledge. * Support school administration across its various demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Pedagogy** * Prior experience in state schools is a plus We are the largest basic education group in Brazil and our mission is to build a better country for future generations.
