Ability to handle high-pressure situations and emergencies RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive and identify visitors, service providers, and delivery personnel. * Control access of people and vehicles according to established guidelines. * Record entry and exit information for visitors and employees. * Provide information to visitors, residents, or employees in a courteous and efficient manner. * Provide guidance on conduct rules and facility operations. * WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Completed high school education. * Clear and polite communication skills. * Basic computer knowledge for record keeping and invoice management. * Ability to handle high-pressure situations and emergencies. * Prior experience in security or customer service is considered an advantage. * BENEFITS: * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 19:00 * Salary: BRL 2,415.00 + VA BRL 900.00 + VT or fuel allowance + life insurance and health plan Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: BRL 2,400.00 – BRL 2,415.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
