**Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in controller functions, industrial cost accounting, and FP\&A; * Experience with monthly closing and annual budgeting; * Experience analyzing operating expenses (SG\&A) and industrial costs; * Knowledge of income statement (DRE) analysis, cost centers, and journal entries; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Advanced English proficiency; * Strong aptitude for calculations, financial analysis, and performance indicators; * Industrial environment experience is a plus; * Knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules is a plus; * Knowledge of Power BI is a plus; * Experience with moving average costing (ML) is a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Control and analyze operating, administrative, commercial, and industrial expenses (SG\&A); * Monitor industrial costs, raw materials, labor, and factory overhead; * Support managerial and financial closing activities, including moving average cost calculation in SAP; * Perform inventory reconciliations and support physical inventory counts; * Monitor annual budget, budget plans, and forecasts; * Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations; * Conduct financial analyses, performance indicators, and variance analyses on costs and expenses with managers; * Perform system adjustments and provide support for SAP FI/CO modules; * Support internal controls and inventory discrepancy analyses; * Provide financial and strategic support for management decision-making; * Participate in meetings with senior management and, occasionally, with the parent company; * Update dashboards, financial indicators, and executive presentations. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
