Opportunity to support projects and monitor market trends **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **JOB OPENING: PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT** We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to plan, execute, and control procurement of materials, supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring efficient company supply with focus on cost, quality, and delivery schedule. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze procurement needs according to production and project demands; * Conduct quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and issue purchase orders; * Monitor purchase orders and delivery schedules; * Control costs, inventory (in coordination with warehouse), and procurement documentation; * Evaluate and develop suppliers; * Support projects and monitor market trends. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Production Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement and budgeting; * Proficiency in Excel; * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualification:** Knowledge of or interest in visual communication materials (acrylic, PVC, vinyl, ACM, LED, etc.). **Salary and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 3.200,00 * On-site meal allowance (no deduction) * Attendance bonus of up to R$ 500.00/month * Life insurance * Commuter allowance (transportation voucher) or mobility assistance of R$ 120.00/month **Benefits:** Fuel allowance, Parking, On-site meals, Life insurance
