Job Summary:
A professional responsible for negotiating quotations, managing purchase orders, handling import processes, evaluating suppliers, and monitoring contracts—with a focus on cost optimization and operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:
* Negotiate quotations, prices, and commercial terms;
* Manage purchase orders from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with policies and deadlines;
* Conduct import processes and customs clearance;
* Evaluate and approve domestic and international suppliers;
* Monitor contracts and purchase orders, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions;
* Prepare procurement reports and KPIs (e.g., savings, lead time);
* Support internal departments and propose improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial procurement or supply chain roles;
* Experience with import processes;
* Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency;
* ERP system knowledge (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, or similar);
* Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills (data analysis and comparisons);
* Willingness to work onsite at our factory in Campo Largo – PR.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields;
* Experience in cost reduction and continuous improvement projects;
* Industry experience in metalworking, lighting, or automotive sectors.
Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws)
Compensation: R$4,000.00 – R$4,500.00 per month
