




Job Summary: Assist in administrative processes and matters related to local Sanitary Surveillance, including granting and renewal of sanitary documents. Key Highlights: 1. Implementing and monitoring Quality Assurance training \*ATTENTION\* **Work schedule: MONDAY to FRIDAY \- 4 hours.** Brief Description: Assist in administrative processes and matters related to local Sanitary Surveillance. Detailed Description * Responsible for granting and renewing the branch's sanitary documents; * Monitoring technical inspections of customers and fiscal inspections by Sanitary Surveillance authorities. * Conduct self-inspections and monitor resolution of non-conformities; responsible for daily monitoring of ambient temperature and humidity, as well as refrigerator temperature and humidity; * Monitor temperature and humidity records of support branches; * Monitor transportation conditions and ensure temperature control of vehicles; * Review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals according to sanitary legislation; * Responsible for implementing and monitoring Quality Assurance training, such as: handling of temperature-sensitive products, temperature control, and good transportation practices; * Evaluate the branch's physical conditions and technical requirements; responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (RDC 430/2020\). * Assist in administrative processes, such as product returns and cancellation of branch receipts; * Support administrative logistics processes.
