An environment that values potential and development **Strong Metais** is a metallurgical company focused, in general, on the **production and commercialization of metallic materials**, related to items such as structures, roofing sheets, gutters, coils, and industrial solutions. **Immediate Supervisor Position: Financial Analyst** **Department: Finance** **Desired Behavioral Profile: Executor/Analyst** JOB OBJECTIVE Responsible for supporting financial activities, including budget control, financial performance analysis, report and forecast preparation, and participating in financial decision-making processes with data and analyses. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES * Perform bank reconciliations. * Prepare periodic financial reports. * Monitor and analyze financial performance. * Participate in the preparation of the annual budget. * Assist in cash flow management. * Record accounts payable entries. * Forward invoices to accounting. * Verify supplier charge amounts against purchase orders. * Record accounts receivable entries. * Issue bank payment slips based on sales orders. * Issue invoices. * Update the daily cash flow spreadsheet. * Reconcile credit card receipts with the bank account. * Collaborate with colleagues from other departments and attend meetings. * Record financial transactions and manage electronic and printed documents. JOB REQUIREMENTS Educational Background * Administration * Accounting * Management / Managerial Processes Desired Experience * 2 years of experience in a finance department KNOWLEDGE * Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management systems. * In-depth understanding of accounting principles.
