Job Summary: We are seeking engaged and organized professionals to work on dispatch routines, cash closing, document issuance, and transportation operation control. Key Highlights: 1. Control and monitoring of trips and drivers **Join the MID TRANSPORTES Team!** *We seek engaged, organized, and attentive professionals.* **Prerequisites:** - Completed high school; - Experience with dispatch routines; - Availability to work overtime; - Availability to commute using a personal vehicle (due to shift end time). **Responsibilities:** - Perform cash closing; - Receive invoices and issue CTEs and shipping labels; - Issue subcontracting agreements for partners; - Issue cargo manifests and delivery manifests; - Monitor pallet outbound movements; - Receive and verify manifests; - Perform inventory write-offs; - Issue freight letters; - Conduct tracking; - Request checklists from Risk Management; - Register drivers and vehicles for trips with insurance companies and monitor the process, handling mirror registration procedures. **Work Schedule:** - Monday to Friday, from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM + overtime. **Benefits:** - Transportation allowance equivalent to the current fare; - On-site parking; - Meal voucher of R$ 30.00 per day; - Uniform; - Group life insurance; - SEST SENAT agreement (Dentistry / Nutrition / Physical Therapy / Psychology); - Pharmacy agreement (after 90 days of probation). **Salary:** · R$ 2,000.00/month + 20% night shift allowance after 10:00 PM.
