Job Summary: The Concierge supervises the condominium's daily operational routines, ensuring smooth functioning, execution of services, and supporting the building manager in day-to-day management, while also performing cleaning and sanitation of facilities. A collaborative environment focused on well-being and growth. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** The Concierge role involves supervising the condominium’s daily operational routines, ensuring proper functioning of common areas, execution of cleaning, maintenance, and security services, as well as supporting the building manager in daily operations. This includes cleaning and sanitizing all building installations and client furnishings using chemical products, brooms, cloths, and other cleaning tools. The Concierge must also collect and dispose of waste generated within their workplace.
