Position: Production Operator Trainee Location: Fazenda Rio Grande – PR Shift / Schedule: * 1st shift: Monday to Friday, from 5:10 AM to 2:58 PM 2nd shift: Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 11:33 PM \*Starting March 2nd, the 2nd shift hours will change to 2:58 PM to 12:23 AM\* Salary: * R$ 1.914,00 * After confirmation: +10% salary increase Benefits: * Meal allowance: R$ 500.00 * Chartered transportation (for residents of Fazenda Rio Grande) * Attendance bonus: R$ 150.00 * On-site meals (lunch or dinner) Job Description – Production Operator * Assist in operating at least two types of machines; * Perform general manual material handling between production lines; * Be responsible for correct use and handling of work tools; * Supply production with components, consumables, raw materials, and PPEs when required; * Accurately complete production control forms; * Carry out tasks ensuring quality standards and proper part finishing, including: – sawing (jig saw, band saw, etc.); – deburring, cutting (milling machine, circular saw, pneumatic machines); – planing, drilling, measuring, assembling, cleaning, flame-treating, and packaging parts; * Work at finishing department workbenches, performing assembly and finishing per technical instructions; * Label materials appropriately; * Shred/grind factory scrap, primarily self-generated scrap; * Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including the rotational molding machine; * Report to the shift leader, following established rules and guidelines. REQUIREMENTS Completed elementary education; Experience in the role; Residence nearby; Minimum Education Level: Elementary Education (1st level)
