Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and organized cook to join our pay-per-weight buffet team, responsible for preparing dishes while ensuring flavor, quality, and standardization. Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, following safety regulations **Pay-Per-Weight Buffet Cook** **Local restaurant in the Pinheirinho neighborhood is hiring an experienced cook.** **Compensation:** R$ 2\.500,00 \+ bonus **Benefits:** Bonus (10% of salary), grocery voucher R$ 200, dental assistance, life insurance, day off every Sunday. **Location:** Pinheirinho \- Near Condor Pinheirinho **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday \- 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM We are looking for an experienced and organized cook to join our pay-per-weight buffet team. The professional will be responsible for dish preparation, ensuring flavor, quality, and standardization. **Main Responsibilities:** Prepare and execute recipes according to the buffet menu. Coordinate food preparation, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, following food safety regulations. Monitor ingredient inventory and report restocking needs. Collaborate with the team to ensure agile and efficient service. **Requirements:** Previous experience as a cook, preferably in a pay-per-weight buffet or Brazilian cuisine. Knowledge of meat, side dish, sauce, and pasta preparation techniques. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Organizational skills, hygiene awareness, and attention to detail. **Preferences:** Culinary education or related courses.
