We value leadership, human development, and modern solutions (BIM and ESG), always focusing on safety, quality, and deadlines, without bureaucracy. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines, targets, and established quality standards; * Monitor and control resources used in production, including labor, equipment, and materials. * Coordinate the production team, leading and guiding employees on best practices and procedures; * Coordinate field teams across all project phases; * Track daily execution targets; * Responsible for measuring services performed by subcontractors; * Identify and resolve issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure operational continuity; * Prepare management reports, monitoring and analyzing production performance indicators; * Participate in meetings with management, presenting proposals for process improvements and updates.
