Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and results-oriented professional to work in the e-commerce universe, providing support in marketing, logistics, and customer service. Customer service via WhatsApp, email, and platforms If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about the e\-commerce universe, this opportunity may be for you! **Main Responsibilities** * Planning and publishing content for social media and marketplaces; * Producing and scheduling videos for Shopee and Mercado Livre; * Customer service via WhatsApp, e\-mail, and platforms; * Organizing the company's image and video library by product category; * Inventory control and logistics support; * Supporting e\-commerce campaigns and promotions; * Assisting in creating promotional campaigns, offers, and commercial strategies **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with marketplaces (Shopee, Mercado Livre) * Completed or ongoing degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Logistics * Proficiency in CapCut, Canva Pro, and video editing; * Basic knowledge of paid traffic and ad management * Creative, organized profile with a strong sense of urgency **We seek a proactive, organized, and results-focused professional who can execute tasks efficiently and is eager to grow alongside the company** Compensation: R$2\.250,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Do you have experience recording and/or editing videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar? * Do you have experience creating sales videos for marketplaces?
