Responsibilities and Duties * Support the field technicians team in analyzing electronic component equivalency, verifying component stock levels in the logistics operation warehouse, and authorizing orders. * Request component equivalency registration and PFC (component outside the bill of materials) from Service Engineering; * Analyze overall operational stock levels and coordinate with the service planning team to ensure replenishment of electronic components; * Serve as the travel coordinator, interacting with the responsible department and resolving doubts or providing support to the team in case of any issues related to the Paytrack system; * Generate weekly reports on pending expense report submissions, monitor issue resolution, or escalate as needed to implement appropriate measures. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge of electronic components; * Experience as an IT technician or in related roles; * Basic knowledge of the SAP system.
