Key responsibilities * Issue and record fiscal invoices for non-commercial operations * Issue fiscal invoices for import processes * Contribute to fulfilling tax obligations, including preparing tax declarations and reports * Assist in developing ideas to resolve root causes and monitor process-related deficiencies using Lean Office methodologies * Participate in developing improvement projects for departmental processes, aiming at automation and resource optimization * Provide general administrative support to the finance and accounting/tax departments as needed Requirements * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (from the 3rd semester onward) * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft tools * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and attention to detail Desired skills * Analytical ability and logical reasoning * Organization and time management * Ability to work effectively in teams * Interest in learning about tax legislation and continuous improvement processes * Commitment to deadlines and deliverables * Discretion and ethics in handling confidential information * Intermediate English proficiency (preferred) Development opportunities The intern will have the opportunity to participate in continuous improvement projects, applying Lean Office methodologies to optimize processes.
