Focus on continuous process improvement Main Responsibilities: * Oversee certifications * Update quality procedures and policies to align with best practices and current standards * Provide support to the Quality Coordinator * Conduct periodic audits of processes, procedures, and work instructions * Identify non-conformities and guide employees and managers on correct procedures * Monitor quality indicators * Provide support to departments regarding the IMS (Integrated Management System) * Train employees on the IMS and its respective programs Qualifications and Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Quality Management, Quality Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Competencies: * Communication * Results-oriented mindset * Time management * Critical thinking * Planning and systemic vision * Teamwork Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
