Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Store Manager with strong leadership and customer service skills to manage the daily operations of a restaurant, lead the team, and uphold quality standards. We are hiring a Store Manager to work directly in the operations of one of our restaurant units. Key Responsibilities: Manage the store’s daily routine, ensuring smooth operational performance; Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and service quality; Monitor inventory control, orders, stocktaking, and cost of goods sold (COGS); Direct coordination with HR for onboarding, offboarding, vacation scheduling, payroll data, and other people management tasks; Ensure compliance with quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards; Resolve conflicts, monitor employee performance, and provide ongoing feedback; Support the team during peak hours, always adopting a hands-on approach. Requirements: Previous experience as a manager or assistant manager in restaurants, snack bars, or fast-food establishments; Strong team management and customer service skills; Knowledge of cost control and store performance metrics; Organizational skills, proactivity, and sense of urgency; Completed high school education (college degree is a plus). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with delivery platforms (iFood, Rappi, etc.); Familiarity with income statements (DRE), staff scheduling, and restaurant management systems.
