The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting students with hands-on activities in the classroom, providing an enriched educational experience. **Mission:** Ensure the effectiveness of the teaching methodology in student learning by monitoring individual performance and ensuring student retention. **Requirements:** * Availability during morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday * Proficiency in Windows, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel * **Additional training and courses will be provided by the company** * **No prior experience in the field is required; only basic IT coursework is necessary** **Responsibilities:** * Monitor students while they watch video lessons; * Provide targeted assistance with Office suite tools; * Grade workbook exercises; * Conduct free classes to stay continuously updated; * Monitor students; * Perform administrative tasks for the pedagogical department; * Create and manage control spreadsheets; * Maintain contact with students’ parents and guardians; * Participate in online, internal, and external school training sessions; * Be prepared to follow coordinators’ plans; * Have completed high school or be in the final year of study; * Provide in-class support; * Administer satisfaction surveys and maintain strong performance indicators; * Maintain classroom organization.
