**Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the company's vehicle fleet (trucks, ). * Develop and monitor maintenance schedules, ensuring vehicle availability and safety. * Manage team of mechanics and assistants, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance. * Inspect vehicles, identify repair needs, and prioritize interventions. * Request quotes, negotiate with suppliers, and control maintenance costs. * Manage spare parts and materials inventory, ensuring necessary items are available. * Maintain detailed records of completed maintenance, vehicle history, and fleet performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and internal procedures. * Collaborate with other departments to optimize fleet utilization. * Continuously seek improvements in maintenance processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Degree in Automotive Mechanics or related fields. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related areas is desirable. * Proven experience in fleet maintenance supervision or leadership roles in automotive maintenance. * Skills in planning, organizing, and controlling activities. * Ability to analyze data and prepare reports. * Proficiency in computer software (Office suite). * Valid driver's license category \[Specify category \- D is a plus. * Proactive attitude, organizational skills, effective communication, and problem-solving ability. **Advantages:** * Experience with fleet maintenance management systems. * Knowledge of traffic regulations and applicable technical standards.
