Support and influence leadership in people-related decisions. Conduct union negotiations and maintain relationships with professional associations. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. Implement and strengthen compliance and governance practices. Manage HR metrics and drive continuous improvement. Lead organizational development, performance management, and organizational climate initiatives.
