Focus on quality and organization A growing company is hiring a **Production Assistant** for Fazenda Rio Grande. **Main Responsibilities:** • Assist in carton packing, verifying cartridge quality, plunger, and expiration date; pack and stack finished product boxes onto pallets. • Supply raw materials and/or inputs to machines and the production line. • Handle packaging and finished products. • Feed the date coding and packaging conveyor belt, configuring information on printers for printing on cartridges and boxes. • Assist operators in machine cleaning; maintain and perform cleaning of the production area and company premises, while contributing to the 5S program and sector organization. • Conduct finished product quality inspections and report deviations to the area manager. • Enter data from the filling order into the delivery note, verify quantity and quality, and identify the pallet for logistics release. • Assist with daily tasks assigned by the manager. • Verify that batches delivered by logistics comply with the production order. • Adjust conveyor belt speed. • Train and mentor new assistants. **Requirements:** High school diploma completed; Previous experience as a Production Assistant; Basic mechanics training and experience with filling machines are preferred.
