Job Summary:
Technical professional with experience in setup and programming of CNC machines to optimize production processes and provide on-site technical support in the factory.

Requirements:
* Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related fields;
* Experience in setup, configuration, and programming of CNC machines (Machining Centers and CNC Lathes);
* Knowledge of CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, or similar;
* Experience in high-volume industrial production environments, preferably in the automotive or metalworking sectors;
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings including GD\&T;
* Hands-on experience in tool adjustment, parameter correction, and production cycle optimization;
* Familiarity with dimensional measurement instruments is considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
* Execute and implement in production the processes developed by Process Engineering;
* Perform setup and configuration of CNC Machining Centers and CNC Lathes;
* Adjust and optimize CNC programs directly on the machine;
* Provide direct technical support to production and machine operators;
* Train operators and setup technicians on correct execution of production processes;
* Adjust tools, parameters, and programs to ensure process stability;
* Support trial runs, first-piece approval, and launch of new products;
* Analyze and resolve dimensional deviations and process issues encountered daily in the factory;
* Interface with Process Engineering, Quality, and Production to ensure adherence to defined processes.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
