Job Summary:
Experienced technical professional in instrumentation and automation to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial systems and equipment.
Key Highlights:
1. Installation, configuration, and calibration of various instruments.
2. Electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance in industrial systems.
3. Diagnosis and parameterization of instruments and control systems.
**Responsibilities and Activities:**
* Install, configure, and calibrate temperature, pressure, level, flow, and position instruments using multimeters, calibrators, communicators, manometers, thermal baths, and other standards.
* Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans in coordination with other specialties.
* Perform electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance on industrial equipment and systems.
* Verify operation, perform adjustments, and replace positioners and control valves.
* Diagnose and identify abnormalities in instrumentation and process control loops.
* Parameterize and perform diagnostics on instruments with communication protocols, frequency inverters, and soft starters.
* Perform maintenance and calibration of process analyzers.
* Conduct troubleshooting on PLCs and support analysis of their programming.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, specification sheets, electrical, pneumatic, functional, and instrumentation diagrams.
* Record maintenance, calibration, and repair activities in systems and electronic spreadsheets.
* Identify spare parts inventory requirements.
* Comply with and uphold internal procedures and occupational safety regulations, identifying and correcting deviations.
* Participate in the development and review of Preliminary Risk Analyses (PRA).
* Maintain departmental organization and cleanliness.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Technical education in Instrumentation, Automation, or Electronics.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance in an industrial environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience maintaining measurement instruments.
* Knowledge of motor drive systems.
* Familiarity with PLCs and programming languages.
* Flexibility in working hours.
* Currently pursuing a degree in Automation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
