The professional will be responsible for responding to service requests, resolving technical incidents, and supporting users with hardware, software, and corporate system-related issues. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide **on-site and remote technical support** to users * Respond to and log IT tickets (incidents and requests) * Install, configure, and maintain **computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals** * Support the configuration of **software, corporate systems, and user accounts** * Perform **basic hardware and software maintenance** * Support routine IT activities (equipment replacement, organization, inventory) * Follow IT procedures and information security best practices **Requirements** * Technical or higher education degree in **IT, Networking, Informatics, or related fields** * Prior experience in **technical support / Service Desk / Help Desk** * Knowledge of **Windows, Office suite, basic networking, and hardware** * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with users * Proactive, organized profile with a problem-solving focus **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in corporate environments * Basic knowledge of ITIL * Experience with ticketing tools **We Offer** * Market-competitive remuneration * Possibility of **contract extension** Job Type: Full-time, Temporary Contract Duration: 1 month Compensation: R$4.500,00 – R$5.500,00 per month
