Opportunity for continuous improvement in spring manufacturing processes. **About the Position** An industrial company based in Araucária is seeking a **CNC Machine Setup Technician**, specializing in the manufacturing of compression, tension, and torsion springs. The professional will be responsible for the **full setup and operation of machines**, including setups, adjustments, process fine-tuning, and production release, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and quality standards. The role involves direct participation in **tooling change and adjustment, tool sharpening, machine parameter adjustment, and development of new setups**, ensuring process stability and repeatability. Additionally, the professional will play a key role in supporting operations, identifying deviations, and driving continuous improvement in spring manufacturing processes. **Requirements** Completed High School (a Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering is considered a plus);Solid experience as a CNC machine setup technician;Experience in wire forming processes and spring manufacturing (compression, tension, torsion, and similar);Knowledge of technical drawing reading and interpretation;Experience with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.);Knowledge of or training in applied metrology;Experience with CNC wire bending machines;Advanced skills in machine setup, tooling adjustment, and tool sharpening;Ability to analyze processes, correct deviations, and optimize production;Proactive, organized profile with focus on quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. **About the Employer** The hiring company specializes in the manufacturing of technical springs, serving various industrial sectors with customized solutions.
