**Responsibilities and Duties**
Main responsibilities:
* Conduct occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, and termination);
* Perform occupational medical evaluations;
* Issue the Occupational Health Certificate (ASO);
* Validate employees’ medical leave certificates;
* Provide medical care to workers injured on the job;
* Issue the Work Accident Report (CAT);
* Provide general clinical care to employees during working hours;
* Administer first aid on-site;
* Participate in workplace accident investigations;
* Implement programs required under NR regulations (PCA, Respiratory Protection Program, PPRA, and PCMSO);
* Participate in ergonomic assessments of work areas;
* Conduct training sessions and lectures focused on occupational health.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Essential requirements for this position:
* Registration with the Regional Medical Council (CRM) is mandatory to practice medicine.
* Specialization in Occupational Medicine with registration in the RQE (Specialist Registry).
* Experience in emergency care and first aid.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Occupational Medicine and in managing occupational diseases;
* *Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency*
*Desirable qualifications:*
* Specialization in **Ergonomics**, with focus on Occupational Medicine;
