Ensure correct issuance of invoices and billing follow-up * OPEN POSITION — PURCHASING ANALYST\| FAZENDÃO The **Fazendão Building Materials** is seeking a **Purchasing Analyst** to strengthen our commercial strategy, ensuring efficient and strategic negotiations with suppliers, thereby contributing to improved commercial terms, appropriate supply levels, and enhanced company competitiveness in the market. Description The Purchasing Analyst will work closely with the billing department to integrate into our team. This professional will be responsible for handling the entire procurement and quotation process, as well as ensuring correct invoice issuance and billing process monitoring, guaranteeing compliance with applicable tax regulations and internal company policies. Responsibilities * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers; * Monitor purchase orders and delivery deadlines; * Maintain supplier registration and qualification records; * Issue purchase orders in the system; * Monitor inventory levels and support procurement planning; * Process invoicing for products and services; * Verify applicable taxes, levies, and tax regulations; * Perform order-to-billing reconciliation; * Support internal and external audits with area-related information; * Prepare management reports on procurement and billing.
