




Job Summary: Production Leader responsible for ensuring task distribution, quality, continuous improvement, and team development in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on high operational performance and quality control. **You could be our new** **Production Leader** **Campo Largo/PR** **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure proper distribution of production activities according to planning, guaranteeing equipment operation under standard conditions; * Ensure discipline and compliance with norms and procedures within your area of responsibility; * Ensure implementation of quality control measures in accordance with SIG policies; * Accurately analyze and record issues and deviations identified during the shift, keeping visual management boards and process control systems up to date; * Participate in and/or lead continuous improvement projects, performing deviation analysis and resolution using problem-solving tools; * Conduct tiered audits and support the Coordinator in operator development and process evolution; * Ensure proper execution of tasks assigned to operators, such as autonomous management and 5S; * Step in during absences or vacations by redistributing the team or performing tasks to ensure coverage of workstations; * Pursue high operational performance, minimizing equipment downtime; * Flag performance or behavioral deviations to team members, supporting the Coordinator in team management; * Support team attendance tracking (absenteeism, medical certificates, and absences); * Support vacation and day-off scheduling together with the Production Coordinator; * Escalate relevant situations (disciplinary, safety, performance, or behavioral) to the immediate supervisor; or, in their absence, apply appropriate measures; * Support training needs assessments, update the qualification matrix, and maintain competency controls; * Contribute to the team’s technical development, updating operator evaluations according to the qualification matrix. **Your Skills, Experience, and Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related fields; * Experience in industrial environments, preferably in operations or team leadership; * Knowledge of production processes, shop-floor routines, and performance indicators; * Familiarity with continuous improvement tools (5S, visual management, root cause analysis, etc.); * Knowledge of quality, safety, and good manufacturing practices; * People management, organizational, and decision-making skills; * Availability to work rotating shifts and a 6x2 schedule **SIG Competencies** We are looking for individuals who consistently deliver results, even under challenging circumstances.
