**Description:** You will be responsible for providing technical support for product development and follow-up. Your main responsibilities include: \- Request detailed technical drawings of products from the manufacturer (communication in English);\- Register products and spare parts in the system;\- Prepare and/or approve Work Instructions (WIs) related to spare parts;\- Issue purchase orders for product samples;\- Provide technical support to internal clients;\- Analyze the performance of new products according to predefined criteria and prepare the corresponding documentation;\- Create field test reports when necessary;\- Assemble and disassemble products to verify components;\- Request part manufacturing from third parties if necessary;\- Monitor the first production batch to make adjustments;\- Support the manufacturing department in testing procedures;\- Organize, maintain, and propose improvements to the product testing laboratory. 2510250202201605251
