Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling the vehicle fleet, managing costs, maintenance and documentation, as well as preparing reports and conducting training. Key Highlights: 1. Route analysis and fleet replacement planning **Job Description:** ---------------------- ¿ Control the company's light and heavy vehicle fleet; ¿ Conduct monthly fuel consumption monitoring for company vehicles and prepare reports for management; ¿ Analyze route changes for light and heavy vehicles and set up geofences; ¿ Monitor fleet-related costs; ¿ Manage and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for company vehicles; ¿ Monitor traffic fines and track their payment, as well as vehicle licensing and documentation; ¿ Prepare mileage, expense, loss, and fuel cost reports for direct management; ¿ Analyze the durability of each vehicle model and propose a corporate fleet replacement plan; ¿ Execute the vehicle maintenance plan; ¿ Register employees and vehicles on vehicle tracking and fueling platforms; ¿ Conduct training sessions and monitor the monthly vehicle usage checklist and corporate vehicle usage guidelines. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or related fields.
