Collection registration and driver support **Join the MID TRANSPORTES Team!** *We seek proactive, organized professionals with excellent verbal and written communication skills.* **Prerequisites:** * Experience in customer service routines for problem resolution; * Experience in logistics company routines; * Experience with the SSW system will be considered an advantage. **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service via phone, email, and WhatsApp to clarify doubts, provide information, and mediate issues; * Inform customers of incidents with supporting evidence, such as absence at delivery location, closed establishment, address change, refusal due to discrepancies, among others; * Schedule appointments with customers, coordinating date and time; * Monitor deliveries until request completion; * Track cargo and inform customers of possible contingencies, such as exchanges, damages, shortages, among others; * Register cargo collections in the information system and redirect collections from other cities to branches and partners; * Contact drivers from branches and partners to provide support and request feedback regarding schedule compliance; * Generate daily reports in the information system and analyze the transfer-to-delivery process to proactively identify potential contingencies. **Work Schedule:** * Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance equivalent to the current fare; * On-site parking; * Meal voucher of R$ 30.00 per day; * Uniform; * Group life insurance; * SEST SENAT agreement (Dentistry / Nutrition / Physical Therapy / Psychology); * Pharmacy agreement (after 90-day probationary period). **Salary:** * R$ 2,000.00 * R$ 2,300.00 after successful completion of the probationary period Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2,000.00 - R$2,300.00 per month Benefits: * Dental care * Agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience in customer service for problem resolution? * Do you have experience in logistics company routines? * Are you available to work in the Campo de Santana neighborhood, Curitiba/PR?
